Positioning cushions for surgical patients in the operating room and for intensive care unit, which can be made 100% clean of infectious bacteria. SAFE Med OP – Products are pressure relieving operation mattresses for operating tables, pads and positioning cushions that shapes to the body for pressure ulcer prevention and pain relief for surgical patients and intensive care unit patients. The cushions provide secure support and relief during surgery, as they maintain the carrying capacity and are stable. The foam core products are with Comfor™ OP ANTI-STATIC cover with glued seams and concealed plastic zipper. The anti-static property is best in black, which is why all covers are black. Color mark on the cover is possible and can be ordered as desired with a Ø 2 cm mark in green, orange, yellow, blue or red.
Delivery time for positioning cushions for surgical patients is normally 7 days after placing the order.
Both the foam core and covers can be machine washed at 95ºC and foam core cope autoclave up to 134ºC. Operation mattress and positioning cushions can be 100% clean to ensure optimal hygiene in the operating room. Easy daily cleaning with soapy water, alcohol cleaning or Wet Wipe Chlorine Disinfection or similar with active chlorine 1000-1200 ppm. CE-marked Medical Device MDR regulation (EU) 2017/745.

It is easy to position patients well on the operating table mattress and awake patients find it comfortable to lie on. Even during prolonged surgeries, patients are able to maintain normal body temperature on this type of operating table mattress.

Regarding our new side positioning cushion for surgical patients, we are fine with it and use it for hip alloplasties

We use the prone positioning system no. 135OP for anal fistula operations, Epsit (pilonidal cyst surgeries). We use the cushions of the prone positioning system for abdominal bed procedures where the patient is placed awake.
Leg cushion heel lift double no. 123OP.2 we use for supine position operations together with the knee support.
Leg cushion single no. 123OP.1 we use for leg splits for bla lap. liver, fundoplication, when the anastomosis at the rectum is to be made, etc.
We use the knee support together with the leg cushion to relieve the patient’s lumbar and spine. We use it for many different operations.
When using knee supports, it is also advisable to use leg cushion for heel relief of the pressure on the heels.

The shoulder support makes it easy to position the patient on the side. It provides good support under the chest and relieves the shoulder well and awake patients find it very comfortable.

The head support for surgical patients works significantly better than the disposable headrests we used before. Patients appear to have less pressure along the edges.

We use SAFE Med OP – Neck support no. 66.01OP for patients where we can expect slightly difficult airways.
It is placed below the neck, behind the back under their chest, and it causes you to get a longer neck – and that is exactly what we go for in anesthesia.

For private individuals, the procedure is: Invoice for order is sent by e-mail. When the order is paid for via mobilepay or online banking, it is dispatched.
In Denmark goods are delivered by choice with GLS to the nearest parcel shop or to the address.

5-15 kg: DKK 107.50
Price to the address including VAT:
0-5 kg: DKK 98.75
5-15 kg: DKK 123.75
When delivering to the address, it is important that someone is at home on a daily basis, or that we are informed of where the package can be placed.
For deliveries abroad shipping costs will vary and will be informed in advance.
