For you to place order with us / TT SAFE Med ApS, we need the following information:
EAN number and invoicing are used for the public sector with payment term 30 days net.
For private individuals and private institutions the procedure is: Invoices for orders are sent by e-mail. When the item is paid for via mobile pay or online banking, it is dispatched
Our goods are medical products and are delivered in a sealed foil.
A 14-day right of return/cancellation applies in relation to the product being kept in unbroken foil.
Using the right of return, freight is paid by the buyer and TT SAFE Med is contacted to register the return process.
In Denmark goods are delivered by choice with GLS to the nearest parcel shop or to the address.
Price to the address including VAT: 0-5 kg DKK 92,50
5-15 kg DKK 116,25
For deliveries abroad shipping costs will vary and will be informed in advance.
We register your personal data for the purpose of sending goods to you. Personal data is registered by us and kept for five years for private customers according to the Official Authorities.
For contract customers and customers as public institutions, information is stored as long as there is a basis for treatment and need to follow-up to maintain the customer relationship.
When collecting personal information on our website, we ensure that it has always happened with your consent, by submitting the information yourself. That way, you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why. As registered with us, you always have the right to object to the registration. Only a few people at TT SAFE Med ApS have access to the information that is registered about you.
The data manager at TT SAFE Med ApS is the two directors.
Your information will only be passed on to the carrier selected for sending your order, and other than that, personal data will only be used internally. Information about name, address, telephone number and e-mail address is treated as confidential and used to process your order.
TT SAFE Med ApS does not have access to your account information. All our data is protected behind a firewall.
TT SAFE Med ApS does not keep logs of customers’ visits to our website.
Information about the right to appeal: A complaint about a product purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk
For consumers residing in another EU country, complaints can be submitted to http://ec.europa.eu/odr
